Please Read Prior to Ordering:

No people or pets will be allowed onsite during filming. All homes must be on Supra lockbox (CBS Code required) or combo lockbox. Staging is important, we recommend that you make sure that the property is photo ready with the lights on, ceiling fans off and that the window treatments are arranged appropriately. Once the filming has been completed, we will turn off the lights, lock up the home and return the key to the lockbox. We will text you once the filming has been completed.

Pro Tips for Success:

1. Placing Your Order – Once you enter your email address, property location and square footage (enter “0” for lots), you will be able to enter property details and select the Products and Services that you would like.

2. Scheduling – When selecting the day and time of your appointment we recommended that you use the AI recommended date and time whenever possible.

3. You will receive an email verifying your request immediately following a successful submission

4. You will receive an additional email verifying your appointment the day prior to your scheduled time

5. A text message confirming the appointment will be sent to you the day prior to your scheduled time

Post Production turnaround time is two to three business days. A rush processing option is available for the times when you need the photos sooner.
